It depicts Bug Lighthouse aka Long Beach Bar Lighthouse located between Orient Harbor and Gardiner’s Bay, NY.

The painting was based on a photo of Bug Lighthouse by Raymond Lombardo.

Michael Aron studied art and design at the Wooster School in Ridgefield, CT; The Academy of Fine Art and Design in Genk, Belgium; Syracuse University; and received his BFA from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in NYC. He is the proprietor of Ray New York.
